I think they will refinance and consolidate the loans to an interest rate that is more favourable.
I think IFLY is likely to be sold, their numbers are looking good and it would get rid of seasonal income to fund growth for ARR which is more predictable. It would be the right time to sell it.
I'm looking at making an entry now, ideally the debt will be resolved without the need for dilution - given the assets they have that are now considered legacy. Operator XR is about to grow extremely fast, exciting opportunity here.
