So keith John has ducked the very relevant covenant question. For a company as heavily geared as this there must be numerous covenants ..some muck trickier than others. I feel howver that it is entirely relevant and maybe it will have the effect of 'ripping the bandaid' off. I must ask.
Concerning the related party loan of $150k to Keith Jon. Duly repaid some 7 weeks later and no doubt provided at what was then PNC's interest rate on its senior debt. I am not at all bothered. Everyone knows that he is the beating heart of the company and if he wants a short term loan then I expect the company to provide it.
Bought another 200000 PNC today.
