What Mancala does is up to them, they have obviously been informed they have the contract and have got on with the job of finding staff, I doubt they have mobilized anything .They have not named Hillgrove or RVR.

When the documentation is finalized which would be a formality mainly and signed off on then RVR can then announce it officially as required...
