lucky they have the cash reserves to pay for R&D and their no doubt bonuses (based on performance KPIs other than SP!!! - anyone see the irony in that?).

anyhow the fungal treatment put on hold due to cost factors and yet I thought that would be first off the rank!!

from what I recall they were "objecting" against certain patents that would impact on the timing of some of the generics they are playing with - but I can't see whether they had a favourable ruling on that yet or whether they have had any ruling on that - anyone know?

I see that the patents on the axiron applicator etc appear to have been objected against and ruling went against the patents back in 2016 - I don't recall that one so will go back and check the ANN's to see if that was ANNed (having a bad flashback to the lack of transparency that appears to have been swept under the carpet regarding the Hexima J/V that was IMO never properly explained to the market - at that time there were the same head honcho on both boards but that was changed some time after)

anyhow lets see what occurs as there are still plenty of funds to fund operational costs and no doubt performance bonuses and R&D - but performance onuses in particular because now they have to get things happening one would imagine that the KPI's would be easier to achieve than getting the SP back to where it was and lets face it the KPIs should IMO have a SP factor in there.
