well, lets see; under this deal the NTA goes from 20 cents to 11 cents - what a great deal for us!?

the EPS goes from around 2 cents not so long ago to .75c - where is the attraction ??

4.2 mil in fees just for this capital raising !! yet they cant find a couple of mil to pay debts due. hmmmmmmm.

Basically they have picked up the RR assets at a 30% discount and then given us a 65% share dilution at a lousy price.

pretty clear to see whom they are looking after.

Next they will go after another deal and take the price down further...........no thanks
