Also, crazy to not have continued with the payment of a dividend. Once started dividends should not be turned off, it freaks investors out. The amount is tiny in comparison to the profit and would have signalled that even though 'some' (whatever that means) contracts were delayed, the board was confident that it was a blip and would be seen as that in time. Now the final div is in doubt...very poor judgement by the board. Really shows their total lack of experience as stewards of a public vehicle.
