"Pursuant to the employment agreements with Mr. Bane Hunter and Mr. Joel Macdonald, the Company undertook a review of their remuneration. On the recommendation of the Remuneration Committee the Company increased Mr. Hunter’s and Mr. Macdonald’s salaries to US$370,000 commencing 1 January 2018, with eligibility for bonus. A grant for 2017 was awarded."
