In fact, I am pretty dumbfounded and shocked by their audacity to give themselves payrises. There has been plenty of chances in the past month for them to come out, admit their mistakes, show remorse and do the right thing to get the ship back on track, but they've just been doing the complete opposite. First the twitter blast by both Joel and Bane, then a bunch of piss weak and vague announcements, there was also the leaked rumor of a takeover deal, now this. A person with the right mind and moral would have taken an extra step to take a pay cut in light of the destruction of shareholder's wealth and even then it would have been a small step on a long road towards recovery.

I see this as a big f#*k you to the shareholders by Joel and Bane. They really are taking shareholder for fools.

Totally agree with you. Until today I thought only Bane should go but Joel, being the heart and soul of the company, should stay and improve. Now I think both these morons should get f-ed. The press keeps taking about Joel's 22% shareholding, but how much does Bane hold? If less than 28%, couldn't all the big shareholders and the retail ones, at least in theory, kick the muppets out? It seems odd that the big shareholders are letting this nonsense continue
