I would think if you are comparing those period, worth noting the school years begins Jan-Jun, where most of the yearly spend of schools would take place, Jul-Dec, revenue building from consumer demand and telcos. I am hoping the more offering than can offer schools the smoother revenue they can achieve also as the telcos ramp up should fill the mid year holes.
