Reading a little bit between the lines :
Invex have moved to put a trademark on the reformulated exenatide
They are looking for suppliers for a final registration study
I'm not sure how tight the double blinding is, and whether any invex staff have taken a peek at the results (surely?)
But if they weren't good I don't think you'd apply for a trademark for a product that doesn't work, and you also wouldn't consider future suppliers if you knew the results were negative.
I think we're in for some good news come March
