I was just in the middle of copying and pasting the same thing, it's not a matter of "if" more a matter of "when" essentially.

Doesn't seem like they will waste any time once the results are out, the formula is already chose by the sounds of it and they will just pull the trigger on the producer. I wouldn't be surprised if they already had the staff at the UB planning for the Registration Study.

Also interesting to note the "certain vesting conditions" surround the options that were issued, would love to know what the conditions are...maybe keeping the price at $x.xx amount for x amount of consecutive days.
