- Are Trade Mark applications publicly available? I tried searching, but I couldn't find it - Trade Mark Application No UK00003462892. Any know how to.

Vesting Conditons and Options

- I agree with GiveUsAChance - Complete speculation, but I anticipate that this is may be an Institutional Investor.
- They may be providing a service on a quid-pro-quo basis e.g. roadshows in order to appreciate the share price hence the options vesting if the price reaches $X or is above $X for YY days.
- I expect it will be useful for the company to have a higher price when they need to raise more capital from the market to fund additional indications e.g. TBI, Stroke.
