That sort of comment by auditors is not uncommon at this end of the market, and when you look at the company’s financials, you see that it is indeed warranted. The auditor has a duty to make such a comment. The company only has a few quarters’ worth of cash and very little revenue. But, yes, we are on the cusp of commercialization, and that is why the ‘going concern’ comment is not a big concern at all. If the company doesn’t sign any paying customers in Q4, then that is a different story. My money is on them signing paying customers in Q4. Your concern should also be eased by the fact that the share price has risen more that 50% since the last 4C.
