With some companies when they release results so late in the day (or after market close), it often results in some bad news with which management may not be happy about so.
In AIS's case this obviously was not the case. Perhaps releasing it allowed a good night's rest for those who read it knowing that the market will react positively.
Looking ahead - EPS forecast by Mktscreen.. for 2021 is 4cps, 2022 3cps and 2023 3cps. Based on those numbers - trading level of between 30-40cps would appear more appropriate.
