    I think the market would react well to a share buy back Vs an acquisition strategy currently being looked at by the management.

    M&A is hard and can be very expensive as well as bring a great deal of uncertainty, while a share buy back is less complex and could be based around the profitability of the business.

    It would also help the employee shareoption plan making talent acquisition easier and allow the business to grow organically.

    Even if the buy back plan just started off at a modest run rate of $250k per quarter less than the current profit per quarter it would probably bring a change in optics around the stock and help lift the mood.

    My two cents but I think it's worth looking at different options.
