Here is something I learned a long long time ago with regard to the equity market of which I have been a participant at many levels throughout the years.

When you take a very large position in a company, you are not backing the company per se, you are backing the people and particularly the leader.

Have said it before but if you don't see Matt Davey as providing value many multiples of current SP you should not participate in the upside when this flips cashflow positive in the very near term. His name itself will be acting intangibly in an earnings accretive capacity in the industry already.
