It's one thing paying for more people to do the job, its another to approve perverse incentives for non-performance.
I would like to have seen something that shows they are adding value before the AGM or at a bare minimum shows they are working hard on adding value. How hard would it have been to give us a photo?
I don't see why free shares should be issued for SP increases if e-Lovu has done all the heavy lifting.
