I don't see he is the problem, we need sales and that's no longer his responsibility.
I suspect he is no longer responsible for communications too - what a significant improvement we have seen there!
So sure one less mouth to feed may reduce outlays to keep us going longer, but I have a feeling if we do get some traction on sales he is going to be a very big asset evolving HMD's offering.
