    I guess the AGM provides an opportunity to ties a few carrots to a few deliverables.

    A lot was promised in quick order prior to the CR.

    Surely some of them should be delivered by the AGM.

    Has the requirement for the tranche 1 incentive options been met (CR)?

    I assume none of the others are yet to be achieved.
