Merging with a, by the looks of it, a larger medical distribution company looks a good move in regard to increasing sales but impossible to know without some details.
as it is a private company shareholders don't know anything about it so can't make an informed assessment of the new entity. If they merged with a listed - that's different- but this?
as there was no need to merge I have to assume for now that it is OK. Maybe win win synergies but it would be nice to know.
