A main challenge now is that the mismanagement and incompetence of the decision making to date has pushed this into junk lifestyle territory now. Mainly due to the smoke and mirrors of SW the master of BS. They are in the position of having to raise at record lows just to pay the wages of a group that has proven they dont have the skills or acumen to deliver on projects or negotiations despite the prospect.

Anyone thinking of investing looking back through the Mothae farce and the way that was promoted will not think aww that was just bad luck!- that is a special kind of incompetence that is hard to explain away- especially in the context of how the people promoting this project were remunerating themselves and patting themselves on the back for taking the co from 'explorer to producer'. It almost looks like a deliberate deception and in hind sight this could be the most fitting occams razor explanation. Would have to read back through the Mothae ann to refresh but pretty sure they were valuing that project at US $150mil at some points! How much did it cost in the end and what was it sold for?

Will they be able to pull the same trick again with the next big 'undervalued bargain' Merlin?
