For your sake I hope you are right.

Mothae had tens of millions spent on it, was a 'bargain' at the time valued upto $150mil US plus at various points and look at what the management managed to do with that one! The value of assets are what they can yield and these guys have a very clear track record unfortunately for the loyal holders they have shown a special talent for disappearing money!
