instead the he said, she said... let us discuss CASH

I am positive to the company (as being able to make some product / project that does not cause them to go broke), but the company has NO CASH.

If you were running the show, what do you do. You need CASH.

You cannot do a cap raise - you cannot cap raise for the umpteenth time at a 52 week low. You just cannot.
You cannot borrow money, as if you borrow and you still lose cash month by month, you cannot repay the borrow and you just go broke.
You can address the loss making operations, but our management just will not do that.

I can only guess they can sell some options. Say they sold 300 million options at 1 cent and the option was to buy a share at 1 cent. You do get $3 mill into your pocket to survive another Q. And if you turn anything around then the option holders will gladly get their new share at 1 cent (essentially paying 2 cents total). Now that caps the price at 2 cents, for a while. But you get another 3 mill from the option buyers.

But, to do anything, you need to prove you are a viable company. And you are in territory now to simply go private / be bought out. Current management seem incapable of managing cash. They just hope for some big motza down the road. Is my thinking valid?
