BOO margin was actually 72% (18.5 mill ebitda on 25.7 mill revenue)
but...
MOM/EPC made a paltry 320k on 3.5 mill........... something is wrong there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

this tells me the 2nd half will be much better than first half because...

1) the BOO margin is baked in (contracts in place)
2) the strange 570k loss on BOO disposal must be a one off
3) the MOM/EPC can never be so low again.... $3.5 mill is low and under 10% margin is stupid/silly
