What do you mean by not scalable. There is excess manufacturing capacity in Malaga and there would be no issue to fund a second plant if sales took off.

Agree with the salesforce issue - we have really struggled to find and retain productive sales staff. Makes sense given good sales people have plenty of options in the US. Really wish we had just gone with a distributor model, but that ship has sailed.

RE: Israel, we do have a distributor that covers MENA (incl. Israel). May bring some additional sales but not soon enough or in sufficient scale to address our financial issues.

Takeover feels like a more likely scenario than a partnership. Not many firms would want to partner with someone that could go broke at any time.

Could get more funds from our major shareholders, which would effectively create a takeover situation anyway.

whichever way it goes, it will need to happen soon because we have to be very low on cash (even if they cut R&D this quarter).
