If AHZ was achieving much better sales in the US the partnering company uses that as a example of what can and will be achieved elsewhere like the EU market and calculate possible sales from that information . It’s common practice in a situation like this . The partnering company would also look at the growth rate of the sales of the products , make a projection and take that into account . Unfortunately AHZ sales figures do not represent what a big partner would like to see at the moment . This is not to say it can’t be achieved in the future but the million dollar question is can AHZ survive to see this happen
