I would also think there is a good chance of a deal of some kind given the IP. I wouldn't bank on administration, could go either way, but I personally wouldn't bet on the deal being necessarily great for existing shareholders. While I know we share different views on management, AHZ are bargaining from a position of weakness (and a very low valuation base) and the track record on deals to date haven't been very good.
I would also think there is a good chance of a deal of some kind...
