The ability of the Company and the Group to continue as a going concern and fund the path to profitability is dependent upon securing additional funds in the coming months from amongst a range of sources / opportunities including new partnerships and alliances for ADAPT and/or raising additional capital through new equity and debt. The Directors believe that the Company and Group has the ability to raise equity and debt finance.
It bloody better be because of a new partnership or alliance as opposed to another rubbish CR
