Lex you are valuing the company and the IP at 6 million selling at 1 c . Belive me even if it goes belly up you will get a much better return of the liquidator or even SB if they make a offer to all the holders to buy the company ( very likely if it all turns to shit considering their announcment ) . I still believe a deal is in the works but I also understand investors are very concerned
