Thank you for the bias analysis, the company you are pitching is down 70% in the past 14 weeks. Yes someone made a killing pumping the stock up and selling at 37 cents. Now the arse has fallen out of the shares where the SP is now 11 cents.

I have to admit I was shocked seeing MVC director's disclosure where it showed a sale/transfer of 1 mil shares at 5 cents per share, Which is another 60% discount to their current share price.

I have to admit I did get a bit of a kick out of the director disclosure where he elected to sell/transfer EMC shares rather than sell his MRC shares where no disclosure is required.

I guess MVC even sees more positives holding MRC over EMC.

Next time you are having a chat with Mark or his son, tell him he hasn't provided his change of substantial shareholder notice for MRC as required by the corporate act.
