CR's are always a possibility, but they are either needed due to the company failing to make a profit, or it's required for expansion.
As I pointed out above, many investors would know how critical it is to return Tormin back to profitability, this is being achieved by restarting processing of the higher grade inland strands, which is still seeing some issues,
As you would know,
- MRC is expanding the capacity of the mine by 50% to 3.9 Mtpa (MRC raised the funds for this earlier in the year) and;
- Installing the equipment to produce higher-valued finished products - MRC secured a Loan for (US$11mil loan).
With all expansion and development, it comes with risks, If the company runs short on funds, they will raise the funds, You only need to look back at how well-supported the previous CR's was, Shareholders successfully raised $7mil when the SP was well below the CR price and would have achieved 100% uptake if MVC didn't take his take over action.
