Hardly! When u still hv 90+mill cash in the coffers & the Tin Division still brings in 91mill + revenue a yr. The 1/2 yearly report also compares to the 2016 1/2 which is abit confusing as those figures still include the Gold revenues which hv bn digressed off already. The copper was a disappointment. It all depends on your investment timeframe and what you bought in at.
Stock still pays a full yr Div, not an interim, never has, and for ones hunting Cap Gain, if you got it low today or last few days, then let's see.
