The company need extra capital if Nifty not getting sold quickly.
A CR make sense if they want to financially positioned to negotiate a better deal from suitors (BHP or FMG).
This has been previously flagged given Tin price is lower recently.
So either a CR, or a fire sale of Nifty, can't avoid both.
