    I think the CR is almost unavoidable given the weak Tin/Copper price under the epidemic shadow.
    Yes BHP and FMG are interest in Nifty however I doubt they are in a rush to table an offer: the longer it drags the more pressure on MLX to take a firesale price.

    Raising new capital, although delusive to the existing holders, does make sense putting the company in better financial position for negotiation.
