I was going to post a couple of days ago, but, you know, those queues at the Aldi grog checkouts just seem get longer and longer!
I AM wondering if the insipid reporting and the withholding of any real shareholder value is being suppressed, primarily for APAC to extract instant returns at much lower SP's, and to prevent any real returns to OP during their selloff.
This would make a little sense, as it expedites the absorption of the OP register back into retail hands, as quickly as possible, where any dividend yield would hold it up. ( Ex-divvie month, etc).
I 'don't gotta like it', but it does seem the wiser thing to do in the longer term advantage to the company.
Alternatively, I have been noticing a lot more analyst recommendations lately, after near on bugger all for 2 years, which ticks the cynicism gene back on in my brain, as company's also use the broker's 'pump n dump' medium, prior to a capital raise.
Anyway, let's all hope everything is SOMEHOW advantageous to the retail register as well as other vested interests, into the short term...
