Unfortunately, whether it's spent stupidly or not will be known after the action possibly well after.
I guess two points relate:
- the fact they haven't spent the money stupidly yet is an indicator (just as arsenic is the best [gochemical] indicator for gold except for gold itself).
- they spent it brilliantly before both on the nifty purchase (for them and us) and exit and on the NC1 options.
All IMVHO.
