When there's repeat issues of this nature, whereby an organisation creates misleading communications, one has to think if they are oversights or deliberate.

Their first was amending, deleting and rewording customer reviews - deliberate.

Now this, HE claiming their booking platform is the only one that can accept COVID vaccinations - I'm seeing a pattern.

HE would have clearly understood the DoH contract.
