agree: performance options for non performance is crazy. Market has been hot for 3 years, MDR has been stationary at best during that time. At the very least the board could have issued performance options "out of the money" so management only benefits if shareholders see some sp performance. Handing out free stock just for coming to work (plus paying large salaries) is disgraceful.
