Silence is never a good look. If they cant disclose the info, they can reply and simply say that. Silence to me suggests they don't like the questions or the company is lazy with shareholder interaction. For a company whose share price is going backwards and a company still trying to gain confidence from investors in how it is run, you would think timely response is a priority.
