Here's what I emailed to Jane Morgan (below). These type of questions would normally go to a CEO but what I was testing here was JM commitment to the company given she is probably paid a monthly retainer for her services. This email was sent about a month ago, no reply, not even a 'thanks for your interest in LTR Pharma but can you please direct these questions to this email address at the company'.

Then I rang the number on the website informing I was a shareholder and had some questions I would like to ask. No reply from the message I left. That was about 2 weeks ago.

Lastly, I emailed through the company website, only got an automated response telling me how busy they are with trials and approvals. Still no follow up email.

You are on the LTP emails as the person to contact re investment enquiries for LTP. Though, I'm guessing that maybe for potential new investors rather than actual questions about the company from current shareholders? For now, I will still ask you a couple questions anyway and I am sure you will answer what you can..hopefully!

• If you do handle enquiries for new investors, are you fielding many enquiries? Is the stock creating interest in the investment community?
• What is your position with the company, are you on salary or paid in shares? Have you invested your own money in LTP?
• What are your thoughts re the price action? It obviously went to $2+ very quickly so a retracement is understandable, but what we have seen is more than a standard retracement.
• Lee Rodne had told holders many times that they did not need to raise money in the short or medium term but then went and raised a significant amount of money at 92c. Is he aware of the harm he did with holders being able to trust him?
• Lastly, do you have any information re who is doing all the selling. I know the company will be able to see this but are you privy to that information? There seems to be a very deliberate attempt to force the price of this stock down? Is it possibly be accumulated by a larger pharma company that may try and take control of this before it reaches it's true potential, which given everything we know about the product, has the potential to disrupt a $6B/year market?
