From what I understand, they are being guided by the likes of APTAR who have been through the approval process with other nasal delivery drugs / Companies, and this has contributed to the delay in engaging with the FDA as they realized that they needed to provide and collate additional information prior to the engagement in order to give themselves the best outcome from this meeting. e.g. Drug delivery instructions / video etc.
