does anyone understand what trademark LTR Pharma has over its SPONTAN product? How have they protected their innovative solution from being poached by other larger competitors.
The story seems compelling but I don't see why a company like Pfizer couldn't get around a simple trademark and change a few things to sell their own nasal spray ED solution?
