I'm not sure I agree that they need to show the market they have cash. I would just start the buy-back.
IMO they just need to weather the storm and the stock is an absolute steal at these levels. More transparency around their business model / who are their clients / how sticky are their clients / what are they invested in would help us investors get more conviction.
