Summerization would be different because of the context. It's not trying to find the complaint or abuse in everyone's call.
I agree it wouldn't be a big stretch to deliver (ensuring it scales not withstanding), but my point is summerization seems to be the lowest bar when it comes to a use case for generative AI. My email client does it even.
I do wonder how many years it would be before mobile phones have the power to generate that summary on device.
