Sorry, if payments been made outside of your remumeration and performance bonus they gotta go.
If i was getting these payments it would have been questioned, not to meantion its probably coming from an old mate.
Guess that board going to be changing soon:
"Following completion of the Offer, Thorney Investment Group will be entitled to nominate up to two directors to the
board of the Company, provided Thorney Investment Group holds at least 20% of the Shares on issue. If Thorney
