Has anyone paid the $42 to see the DOCA? I assume there will be a consolidation followed by a raise and then the VO investment. I'm mildly curious about the steps but most curious about the timeline. Has anyone seen the dates of what must happen by when? The only date I've seen was in the VO announcement which stated the three-year launch agreement will start on July 1, 2021.
So, sometime in the next six months, Laiksia (or however it is spelled) will consolidate and inject cash. They will hit the streets for more cash. VO will also put in some cash.
Perhaps the DOCA details the dates and consolidation, but my guess is that it will be a 8:1 consolidation in April. Capital raise and VO money in May. Relist in June. Get all that done before the end of the tax year and start July 1 with whatever bright-eyed plans are on the go.
