    because they are a basket case of a company and the interest rate reflects the risk to the lender. It most likely isnt secured against anything that is tangible in value.

    I am also so gob smacked that this company has such a high trading turn over ATM. I suppose that is because the SP is so low so not hard to get the volume high.
