crazy price imo...absolutely pay a premium for high growth and pricing power, but REA hasn't been high growth for a very long time, and now 6% down in rev. smh.
this might have something to do with it - from commsec, Goldman Sachs today released a Buy recommendation for REA, price target $122.
"Our 12m TP of A$122.00 is valued using an EV/EBITDA-based SOTP. Key downside risks: (1) competition; (2) disintermediation; and (3) severe housing downturn."
Wonder what the shorters are thinking about these frothy prices...
