    NOR is tarting to remind me of OBJ cap raising off the back of a massive pump and having a story that looks good on paper only too keep hitting the market up at lower levels whilst alluding that we are on the verge of big things.The last cap raising was completely opportunistic and its very unlikely we will get duped into another at lower levels.
