Actually they (PO) said they have enough cash to cover their non-discretionary expenses for the next 18 months. Big difference and a very important one.
The Company's cashflow forecast for the period up to 31 December 2016 also reflects that the Group will require additional working capital through equity over that period in order to meet the Group’s stated strategic objectives. They will in all probability require either one or more CRs or some sort of debt facility. No big deal if they believe that revenue will catch up before the well runs dry.
No one is suggesting anyone in the Company is telling lies.
